Korda Cares.

In 2007, Korda was selected to provide the professional engineering services for the renovation of the Mid-Ohio Food Bank warehouse/distribution facility in Grove City, Ohio.   The project includes meeting/conference space that offers a full commercial kitchen, volunteer training and activity areas, nutrition education center, community meeting space, food pantry, freezer, cooler, and racking areas. The project achieved LEED Gold certified and was the first major renovation or new construction of a food bank awarded LEED Gold in the nation.

Since that time, Korda employees have been regularly donating their time to help package the more than 34 million pounds of food Mid-Ohio provides annually. We are proud to have contributed over 750 hours to the Food Bank and are well on our way to reaching our first 1,000 hours.   Just one of the ways we work to make a difference that matters.
