Meet Korda’s New Partners
Chris Fleming, PE, LEED AP, has been promoted to Partner. With over 26 years of experience, Chris’s expertise ranges from large public infrastructure to large campus private development projects. His primary responsibility is managing and expanding the private site development group, which includes higher education, health care and corporate facilities, sports and entertainment complexes and commercial developments throughout Ohio. Along with his design work, Chris provides AIA accredited continuing education presentations to Architects and Landscape Architects. Outside work, Chris has previously served on the boards of the Columbus Early Learning Center (CELC) and the Center for Architecture and Design and currently serves as President and Allied Professional member of the Ohio Landscape Architects Board.
Tony Meacham, PS has been promoted to Partner. Tony’s primary responsibility is the continued growth and development of the survey department. He has been delivering surveying and mapping services in the AEC industry for over 30 years. He has an extensive background in business practices, personnel development, levering technology for value, and project management. His experience spans from residential and commercial developments to large infrastructure projects. Tony is a licensed Professional Land Surveyor in Ohio, Kentucky, and Florida and is certified by the Ohio Department of Transportation as a Right of Way Plan Reviewer. In addition, Tony is a member of the Professional Land Surveyors of Ohio (PLSO) and the National Society of Professional Surveyors (NSPS).
Eric Stephens, PE, LEED AP, has been promoted to Partner. His primary responsibility is management of the Mechanical Engineering Group. Eric has over 35 years of experience in the consulting industry and in a wide variety of project types. He has consistently been assigned to some of our more technically challenging projects. Eric has extensive experience in healthcare design as well as in clean room systems, laboratories, education facilities, and high rise complexes to name a few areas. As a LEED Accredited Professional, he has designed a number of LEED healthcare projects and is one of our pioneers in the use of off-site pre-fabrication techniques.
