We were charged with setting the performance standard for shell and core that would result in a western style, Class A office building for Moscow’s first suburban office park development. Korda generated a design narrative for the MEP systems which could be used to obtain pre-construction approval from the authorities and prepared performance specifications for bidding and inclusion in lease agreements, which each tenant fit-out would be required to follow. Our service also included review of the equipment proposed by the successful bidder. The office building is the second phase of a master plan development incorporating the Moscow Medical Center.
