NORTH MARKET TOWER

Serving as the engineering professional, Korda is involved with the creation of the new North Market Tower, catalyzing future development for decades past its construction. In addition to the building architectural design, the team is providing full service engineering, surveying, and landscape architecture. Although the project’s completion is slated for 2025, the development of this streetscape work will promote the overall engagement of the North Market’s legacy.  The project is the design of a 29-story mixed use building with partial basement. It includes 60,000 gross square feet of new building, which includes the North Market expansion of retail space, three (3) office floors, ±200 hotel rooms, ±350 parking garage spaces, and all amenity and support spaces.
