TIPP CITY WATER AND SEWER
The project consists of water main replacement on six project sites and sanitary sewer replacement on three project sites in Tipp City, Ohio. A topographic, utility, and right-of-way survey was completed for the replacement of over 8,300 LF of waterline. Extensive research of utilities and other record documents including water taps were researched and surveyed to aid in the design of the proposed waterline and sanitary sewer. Utilities were surveyed at Level C & D Subsurface Utility Engineering for the underground water, gas, storm and sanitary sewer lines. A detailed survey of the existing right-of-way lines and incorporation of record property lines were included into the survey base mapping and used in the preparation of design documents.
