THE OHIO STATE UNIVERSITY – BRAIN AND SPINE
With the construction of the New James Cancer Hospital, The Ohio State University Wexner Center repurposed the original James Cancer Center. One of the new tenants is the Brain and Spine program. To accommodate this increasing program, the design team set forth to provide exterior improvements to improve patient drop off as well as improve exterior amenities.
Project included new canopy, patient drop off, terrace, site utilities, and site lighting. Included extension of the medical campus chilled water distribution system (30” chilled water). An underground detention system to control stormwater runoff is also included.
