Pat joined Korda in 1994 and became a partner in 2010. He is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University’s Architectural Engineering program and applies a unique architectural perspective to his structural designs. As a project manager, architects often request Pat for his mindful and meticulous decisions throughout the design and construction process. His comprehensive approach has been recognized in his work with healthcare facilities, sports and recreation complexes, and laboratory buildings.

Everything works better when you work together. - What is your favorite book or movie?
Hoosiers. Everybody loves the underdog. “We’re going to run the picket fence… Don’t get caught watching the paint dry.” - Who is your favorite superhero or childhood idol?
Willie Stargell. “Pops” was the leader of the “We are Family” 1979 World Series Champion Pittsburgh Pirates. I remember Stargell stars & “Chicken on the Hill with Will”. Willie always seemed to be having fun playing the game that he loved.
