OhioHealth Women’s Center Under Construction

Korda is proud to be a part of the team building OhioHealth’s new Women’s Center. The project will create a warm, secure, hopeful destination for women of all ages and station. To accomplish this, the team has designed a 400,000 SF hospital, a 164,000 SF medical office building (MOB), and a 5-story parking garage capable of at least 500 spaces. The building will include a lower level, a maximum of eight occupied levels above grade, and a mechanical penthouse. Healthcare services include NICU, postpartum, high-risk OB, gynecology, short stay rooms, labor and delivery rooms, C-section rooms, general operating rooms with supporting pre/post bays, a sterile processing department, and a full-scale dining and kitchen area that will serve both the new building and portions of the existing Riverside campus.
