230 East Long Street

This new 7-story mixed use project includes two levels of parking/retail below a podium that supports five levels of residential units above. This project also includes the development of a site of approximately 1.5 acres.
Korda shepherded the utility undergrounding phase of this project by engaging with the public and private utility companies early in the process. Overhead utilities were buried within 5th Street and Long Street.
Streetscape design meeting the new Downtown standards were implemented during the complex Drawer E process.
