25 South Front Street Renovation

The Ohio Department of Administrative Services acquired the former headquarters of the Ohio Department of Transportation. Built in 1965, the building was completely gutted to provide Class A office space for the Ohio Department of Education. Korda performed the engineering design for this major renovation which included repairs to windows and exterior stone cladding, all mechanical, plumbing, fire protection and electrical systems, new lighting, upgrade of the elevators, ADA improvements, and new security systems.
