711 North High Street Development

This development will construct a new 9 story multi-use building including a multi-level parking garage with zero setbacks adjacent to N. High Street and Wall Street in the Short North District of Columbus, Ohio. The site design includes underground stormwater detention located beneath the ground floor of the parking garage, as well as water, gas and sanitary sewer services. Water main and gas main relocations are also required by the proposed development. All aerial utilities adjacent to the project site in Wall Street will be relocated underground as a part of this project, including two DOP standard transformer vaults. Aerial utilities include primary, secondary and street lighting circuits owned by the City of Columbus Division of Power and private telecommunication lines owned by AT&T, Time Warner Cable and WOW. Coordination between private and public utility stakeholders was required to ensure that the project was delivered on schedule and on budget.
