A-101 Business Park – Moscow, Russia

This business park features fourteen 5-story Class A office buildings and a 150-key highrise hotel. The buildings were designed with the emphasis on energy efficient systems such as co-generation via micro-turbines, green roofs, and wind turbines to meet LEED certification. A central energy plant is proposed to supply cooling and heating utility service requirements to all buildings via an underground tunnel.
