AEP Transmission Buildings

This project involved the construction of two new office buildings on a shared campus site.  The first building is a 4-story, 196,000 SF facility accommodating 700 people, while the second building is approximately 160,000 square feet and was designed to house approximately 600 people. The buildings both have full service cafeterias, an exercise facility, locker and shower rooms, conferencing center, and other meeting spaces.
