American Electric Power Transmission Office Buildings 1 and 2 

Korda was first commissioned to design a new office building that houses approximately 700 people. The building has a full service cafeteria, exercize facility, locker and shower rooms, conferencing center, and other meeting spaces. Korda performed the design for the voice/data, A/V, and security systems. Other systems designed by Korda included sound masking, a distributed antenna system, and an A/V system for the conferencing center.  When this first project was completed, Korda was then selected to design a secondm similiar building.  The second building, also a new office building,  is approximately 160,000 square feet and was designed to house approximately 600 people. The building also has a full service cafeteria, exercise facility, locker and shower rooms, conferencing center, and other meeting spaces.
