Carl B. Stokes United States Federal Courthouse

This 727,000 SF building houses the offices of the Federal Court and ancillary Federal tenant agencies. Located in downtown Cleveland, it is 23-stories high and overlooks the Cuyahoga River Valley. The architecture of the building reflects the purpose, authority and public nature of the Federal Court and Governmental agencies. The building includes major interior spaces such as courtrooms, judges’ chambers, public spaces, offices and administrative areas as well as food service and other special areas. The project also included a 200-car underground parking garage.
