DHL Headquarters

Korda designed the engineering systems for this $20,000,000 North American headquarters for DHL in Westerville, Ohio.   When complete, the 145,000 gross square foot building will house new offices and support space, and the new facility will feature multiple conference rooms, work rooms and huddle spaces.   It will also have a café and space to host food vendors.  There are six electric vehicle charging stations, bike racks and access to nearby trails.   DHL Supply Chain is one of four operating divisions within the company and oversees much of its North American footprint which currently includes 417 locations and 32,000 employees.
