DUBLIN METHODIST HOSPITAL
The project is an approximately $13.3 million expansion and enhancement of the OhioHealth Dublin Methodist Hospital. The project includes the construction of a new 15 bed observation unit connected to the north side of the emergency department on the first floor. The expansion also includes a second floor that is contiguous to the surgery and perioperative department, providing surgery expansion space. Additionally, the expansion includes eight (8) postpartum beds and one (1) labor and delivery room. This expansion also allows any future west patient tower to connect to the core of the hospital. Finally, the project relocates prenatal testing out of the existing obstetrics triage area and expands the family waiting space.
