Furst Community Village

Korda designed the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and technology systems for this four-story senior living facility comprised of 70 units. Built above an enclosed parking garage for 70 vehicles, the project features six different apartment styles, a 4,000 square foot wellness/fitness facility, and a 1,000 square foot artist studio among other resident amenities.
