IDEXX Louisville PCR Lab

Korda provided professional structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering services for this 2,500 square foot-PCR lab. PCR is short for polymerase chain reaction, which is a molecular biology technique used to amplify DNA fragments. The PCR lab, retrofitted within an existing building, included a sample prep lab, extraction lab, cleanroom lab, analysis lab, ante room, gowning room, and results release lab.

Since 2017, Korda has completed six other projects for IDEXX in the states of Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, and Michigan.

  • Flexible laboratory space
