Jaeger Square

Located in the city’s central business district, this new multi-story, mixed-use structure is being designed, in part, with Nationwide Children’s Hospital in mind. The growth surrounding the hospital has spurred development. When complete, this 2.3 acre development site of the now-vacant grocery store on East Whittier Street will have 261 apartments, 8,300 square feet of retail, and 262 structured parking spaces. Korda provided professional civil and electrical engineering and surveying services with intent to underground the overhead lighting and overhead utilities.
