Midmark Tech Center

When Midmark announced its plans to build a new facility in Versailles, Ohio, it did so with the intention of “accelerating innovation at Midmark and supporting the culture of the firm, by bringing clinical spaces, technology and workflows into harmony.” This project has several phases, consisting of the design of a new Technology Center, design of either a new office facility or renovation to a leased space, design updates to existing office space, and a 20-year manufacturing facility plan.

The new technology center has over 353,000 square feet of manufacturing space, and will include a café, workout space, social hubs, and plenty of collaboration space for new product development and testing.  The facility will also house the Executive Team and Finance, Legal, and Corporate Development teammates, and provide drop-in space for approximately 30 other teammates in an open office environment with no private offices. This space will also contain a large multi-functional space to be used for Board of Director meetings and various training classes.
