MIA – Great Miami Bridge Connector over Great Miami River

Korda provided surveying and engineering services for construction and right-of-way plans for the extension of the Great Miami Recreational Trail in Miami County. The project includes design of 2400 LF of new bikeway extending the existing trail north of Interstate 75 to Peterson Road, including a 288 foot, 2-span structure over the Great Miami River. Preliminary Engineering includes extensive hydraulic studies and FEMA coordination, as well as close coordination with the Miami County Parks District to establish the proper setting and aesthetics of this signature bridge.
