MidMark Corporation Tech Center

This project has several phases, consisting of the design of a new Technology Center, design of either a new office facility or renovation to a leased space, design updates to existing office space, and a 20-year manufacturing facility plan. Phase 1: Technology Center of Excellence (Versailles):   With over 353,000 square feet of manufacturing space, the campus also houses the Engineering and Marketing teams. Phase 1: Design of New Office Building or Renovation Design of Leased Space:  The Dayton facility would house the Executive Team and Finance, Legal, and Corporate Development teammates, and provide drop-in space for approximately 30 other teammates. This space will be an open office environment with no private offices. This space will also contain a large multi-functional space to be used for Board of Director meetings and various training classes. Phase 2: Redesign of Existing Office Space (Versailles): This office space consists of 3 floors and basement space that is currently used for product testing and storage. The building currently houses 432 teammates. Phase 3: 20-Yr Manufacturing Facility Plan (Versailles): MidMark currently has 4 separate buildings on its Versailles campus that house various parts of their operations. MidMark will construct building expansions to ultimately connect operations within the campus.
