Mount Carmel Hospital New Dublin Campus

Mount Carmel is creating  a medical campus in the Dublin Community.  Korda teamed with HGA architects and HPlex to assist in the design and permitting of their new 180,000 SF facility which includes a 30 bed hospital and a 50,000 SF medical office building. The project included approximately 850 surface parking lots, three wet retention ponds which also provided storm water management for the development. The master planning for the development includes future roads, parking lots and another medical office building.  Korda assisted with due diligence during site selection and the rezoning and permitting with the City of Dublin.
