North Market Tower

Korda was involved with the opportunity to create the new North Market Tower, catalyzing future development for decades past its construction. Korda’s role was to provide full service engineering and surveying services. Although the project’s completion is slated for 2026, the development of this streetscape work will promote the overall engagement of the North Market’s legacy.

The project is the design of a 32-story mixed use building with partial basement. It includes 60,000 gross square feet of new building, which includes the North Market expansion of retail space, three (3) office floors, ±200 hotel rooms, ±350 parking garage spaces, and all amenity and support spaces.
