North Road Park Improvements

As part of a General Engineering Contract with Orange Township, Korda provided professional engineering and surveying services for the Nort Road Park.  Tasks included survey, planning and design of a new township park on the west side of North Road adjacent to Olentangy High School. The 22-acre development includes soccer fields, cricket pitch, parking, walking trails, playgrounds, shelter house, and maintenance garage. Environmental services are included to delineate and permit impacts to wetlands, and to complete a Phase II Archeological Survey on a previously studied historical site.  The project also includes geotechnical exploration, planning and architectural services, and landscape architecture subconsultants. Korda also designed a public sanitary sewer through the site for future residential development north and east of the park.
