OEC Expo Master Plan 2050

To start implementing the Ohio Exposition Center’s 2022 Masterplan, Korda is providing full service surveying and engineering for Phase 1 portion of the renovation at the Ohio Exposition Center. The project will develop approximately 60 acres, the design of a 42,000 square foot Silo Pavilion, a 136,000 square foot Multiuse Agriculture Building, relocation of water distribution, natural gas, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer utilities, and demolition of existing structures. The project improves the site’s assets while providing new, state of the art, facilities to take us into the future, creating a needed long-term plan for the Ohio Expo Center.
