The new ODOT West Broad Street complex development stands as a testament to modern urban planning and infrastructure innovation.  Designed to seamlessly integrate functionality with aesthetic appeal, this complex promised to redefine the landscape of the surrounding area.

The existing Central Office West Broad Complex sits on 40 acres with 10 structures, a fueling station, a helicopter pad, various parking lots, and vehicle circulation all within a secured perimeter.  The complex supports and is ancillary to the ODOT Central Office located at 1980 W. When complete, the facility functions will include: Office, Testing Laboratories, Vehicle Maintenance, Truck Storage, Vehicle Wash Bays, Sign Production Shop, Cold Storage, and a Helipad.
