Ohio University Bromley Hall

The south wing of levels 2 through 9 were upgraded as part of this fourth phase of the renovation of this residence hall. Each floor contains eight resident suites with private bathrooms, and a significant portion of the work concentrated on the restrooms. The existing sprinkler and plumbing systems serving these areas were replaced, and the bathroom exhaust systems were modified to meet current Code requirements. To improve the efficiency of the facility, energy efficient lighting was provided in the resident suites and corridors.
