ProMedica Levis Commons
New Medical Office Building and Cancer Center

This new Medical Office Building (MOB) and Cancer Center at Levis Commons in Perrysburg, Ohio for ProMedica is two stories and approximately 80,000 SF with roughly 40,000 SF on each floor. The facility sits on 11 acres and includes roughly 350 parking spaces. The Cancer Center will be located on the first floor and will make up about half of the first floor. It includes medical oncology exam, infusion, and radiation oncology with a linear accelerator and a CT. The facility also includes a sterile compounding USP 800 compliant pharmacy. The MOB includes ProMedica Physician Group office space that is designed in the “pod” style layout with common waiting space and flexible exam room layout. Korda provided all of the engineering and survey services for this project.
