Spectrum Health Corporate Offices

Spectrum Health is currently developing a new $50 million corporate office building. When complete, this eight-story, 100,000 square foot (SF) Center for Transformation and Innovation (CTI) building will also have a two-story 6,000 SF pedestrian bridge, which connects the new building to the existing Brass Works building. The bridge will consist of common amenity spaces. Besides the new building, 55,000 SF of office space, on two levels of the existing four-story Brass Works building will be renovated. There will also be a new 320 car open parking garage and associated “plaza” space immediately around these two buildings. Korda’s professional engineering services include structural, mechanical and electrical engineering for both building and for the site lighting for the 2.5-acre surface parking lot located between Bond Avenue and Ottawa Avenue.
