Upper Arlington Community Center

The City of Upper Arlington is planning a 95,000 square-foot community center to belocated at the Kingsdale site. The community center will be four levels including a pool,fitness areas, locker rooms, and an e-sports game room. The fifth floor will have adedicated senior space and event spaces. Offices located on a 6th and 7th levels may beused as leasable office space by a partner organization. The program includes aquatics,gymnasiums, serving/demonstration kitchen, and arts and crafts spaces. Korda isproviding mechanical, electrical, and technology engineering services for this $55million community center and separately-funded $15.7 million office space project.
