Wayne Hospital Campus Expansion

Korda  provided MEP and Technology Engineering services for this inpatient hospital addition plus a new medical office building (MOB).  The inpatient hospital addition is approximately 72,000 gross square feet, the MOB is approximately 35,000 gross square feet, and there is approximately 7,000 gross square feet of renovation. Our scope of work also included modifications to the existing central plant to accommodate the additional load created by these new buildings.
