We accomplish this by incorporating sustainable design concepts into all the buildings we design and by staying current with all developments in this broad field.
LEED is the methodology most used to target and evaluate the sustainable design features for most of our projects. As a measurement tool, it is very effective in challenging both the design team and owners to consider more and different sustainable features. As our list of LEED Certified projects in a variety of categories continues to grow, Korda utilizes the lessons learned for each new sustainable project.
