VAR-DO6 DO9 General Engineering Services

As part of an ongoing assignment, Korda was selected to design new sidewalks throughout the City of Columbus.To date, we have designed over 10,000 LF of new sidewalk. These individual projects have included the addition of new curbs, sidewalks, and ADA ramps at 30 different intersections. Stormwater BMPs were provided via a pervious paver filter strip adjacent to the walk with underground pipe storage providing quality and quantity treatment. Safety funded project also environmental documentation and approval and right of way acquisition from several parcels. Aerial UAV surveying was provided and supplemented with ground-level data collection.
